Our first Buckle Up Baby event was held on January 26, 2013 at the Rocklin Fire Station.  Six Certified Child Car Seat technicians were on hand to inspect 27 child car seats, show parents how to do so themselves and answer any questions they may have had about proper installation.  Five Rocklin Police volunteers assisted the technicians as well as directed cars entering the station parking lot.   Mothers-to-be, parents and grandparents left the event with a better understanding of child car seat installation safety.

Most people who experience cardiac arrest at home, work or in a public location die because they don’t receive immediate CPR from someone on the scene.  As a bystander, don’t be afraid.
